I'm Fergus Gallagher, born in Dublin, raised in London, with over 20 years of delivering complex, global Workday implementations across a wide variety of industries and businesses.

About
A large part of my work is helping organisations through change, which may involve the impact of mergers and acquisitions, divestments, organisational redesigns and the move from fragmented legacy HR systems into a single, scalable Workday platform.
I am often needed most when delivery risk is high, timelines are tight, or internal capability needs to be built quickly.
My style is consultative and people-focused. I work closely with HR, IT and senior stakeholders to translate business strategy into practical Workday solutions; while upskilling internal teams so they can confidently own and evolve the platform post-go-live.
Outside of work, you will find me spending time with my family, running, watching my favourite football team, or tinkering with old bicycles and giving them a new lease of life!
